Like many businesses, The Champion Group has evolved as it has grown, offering a range of services to the building trade through distinct trading divisions – Champion Brickwork, Champion Scaffolding and Champion Tool Hire. The group has also introduced Champion Homes, a division that sells quality new-build houses directly to homeowners.
We have helped them take control of their marketing platforms, offering each division distinct sales propositions online, specifically the more public-facing divisions of Champion Homes and Champion Tool Hire. The core group website also allows the in-house team to easily manage ongoing brand messaging when needed.
The development of house styles for Champion Homes and Champion Tool Hire has also helped consolidate marketing collateral, including regular outgoing digital campaigns through social media and paid advertising.
This styling, along with the CMS, has been combined with an email capture and broadcast platform (Mailchimp). The result of which offers the group a sustainable digital marketing platform moving forward.
Despite a name change for Champion Tool Hire, along with a new domain, we maintained the level of traffic to the new website, which saw a minimal increase in the first six months against the previous year.
But, the level of conversions of enquiry has more than doubled.
